General Terms and Conditions of Service

Accessing and browsing the platform implies acceptance of these terms. If the user does not agree with any of the clauses, they are required to immediately cease using the service and proceed to close their account.

The user declares to be at least 18 years old and to possess full legal capacity. During registration, it is mandatory to provide truthful and complete data. Each user can hold a single account; the creation of multiple profiles will result in their immediate suspension and the cancellation of any related operations.

The user agrees to:

• Do not attempt to violate the technical security measures of the site.
• Do not use the service for money laundering purposes or other illicit activities.

Where applicable, financial transactions are subject to security checks. Deposits must come from payment methods registered to the user. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to validate operations. Any fees for technical processing will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

The user acknowledges that the use of digital services may involve a risk of financial loss. Vavada provides no guarantee of positive outcome or winnings. The platform is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for interruptions due to force majeure or user network issues.

All content on the platform, including logos, graphics, technical texts, and source code, is the exclusive property of Vavada or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

The platform may contain links to external sites managed by third parties. We assume no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of such sites. Accessing external links is at the user's own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or close the user's account in case of violation of these terms, suspected technical fraud, or upon request from the competent authorities in Italy.

These terms are governed by the legislation in force in Italy. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract, the court corresponding to the company's registered office or, where provided by law, the court of residence of the consumer user shall have jurisdiction.
